• Google Account Information: Your email address and basic profile information via OAuth.
• Resume Data: PDF documents you upload for the AI context matching engine.
• Job Postings: Screenshots or text snippets you submit to our processing queue.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for generating high-quality outreach emails. Specifically:

• We utilize the Snap-it AI engine to correlate your resume context with the job posting.
• We use the Gmail API (gmail.send scope) exclusively to dispatch emails on your behalf to the specified recruiter or hiring manager. We do not read, delete, or modify your existing inbox threads.

3. Data Protection and Security

Security is baked into our architecture. Your uploaded resumes are securely stored on our private volume mounts. OAuth tokens are encrypted and handled safely. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

You can delete your resume or disconnect your Google account from the dashboard at any time. When you remove your account, all associated OAuth tokens and uploaded media are permanently purged from our storage volumes.
