By registering, accessing, or using the SnapIt service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
SnapIt provides an AI-powered pipeline to read job posting screenshots, match them with your uploaded resume, and automatically send introduction emails from your authenticated Google account.
3. Fair Use & Account Integrity
You agree to use SnapIt strictly for personal job hunting and professional networking. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the service for spamming, harassment, or malicious unsolicited outreach.
- Uploading illegal, offensive, or prohibited content as your resume or image targets.
- Attempting to bypass our credit system, API rate limits, or FCFS queuing architectures.
4. Credits and Billing
SnapIt operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed only on successful email dispatch. If parsing errors occur or delivery fails, your credits are protected and rolled back safely. All purchases made via our secure payment gateway (Stripe/Razorpay) are final and non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the outcomes of your job applications or the exact verbiage generated by the AI models. SnapIt is provided "as is", without any warranties of uninterrupted performance, although we utilize production-grade architecture to ensure maximum uptime.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes.
