1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the SnapIt website and services ("SnapIt", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapIt provides an AI-assisted job application processing workflow. Users upload job posting screenshots or text descriptions, and SnapIt extracts role requirements and contact details, matches them against the user's uploaded candidate resume, and automatically sends personalized job application emails on the user's behalf through their connected Gmail account.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use SnapIt in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, and truthfulness of your uploaded resume and credentials.
• All outreach emails generated and sent from your connected Gmail account through SnapIt.
• Ensuring that the recipient recruiter or hiring contact email addresses submitted to the Service are valid, professional contacts.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sending unsolicited bulk commercial messages (spam), phishing attempts, scams, or harassing communications.
• Uploading illegal, defamatory, offensive, or infringing material as a resume or job submission target.
• Attempting to probe, scan, breach, or compromise the security or credit accounting system of SnapIt.
• Using automated scripts or bots to manipulate the platform or exceed credit allowances.

5. Google / Gmail Account Integration

SnapIt requires user authorization via Google OAuth 2.0 to send emails using the gmail.send scope. You acknowledge that emails sent through SnapIt will originate directly from your Gmail address. You may revoke SnapIt's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security Settings.

6. Account Credits & Billing

SnapIt operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when job processing jobs successfully dispatch outreach emails. Payments made for credits via our supported payment processing partners are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

SnapIt is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that your job applications will result in job interviews, employment offers, or response from hiring managers. In no event shall SnapIt, its creators, or operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SnapIt at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in spam or fraudulent behavior, or misuse system resources.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of SnapIt following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
